ATTENTION ALL EXHIBITORS!
Whether you are new to the MBSA or a longstanding member, please read this page carefully as the following information will greatly assist you in registering for and exhibiting at the 2008 Modular Housing Conference:

| Registering For the Show |

|
All Attendees:
Each person that attends the MBSA’s 2008 Modular Housing Conference must pay the per person registration fee. This fee is $450 per person prior to February 29th and $550 thereafter. If you choose to bring three (3) or more persons from your company the fee is $450 per person.

In addition to paying the per person fee(s) each Associate member (aka Exhibitor) company must also register as either: |

Prospective MBSA Associate members - Companies that are not yet MBSA members but who wish to attend the show must join the MBSA as Associate members in addition to registering for the 2008 show. Please call Abbie at (717) 238-9130 to join today. |

Payment & Attendance:
Whether you are a new Associate member or an existing one, payment for yearly dues and registration at the 2008 show must be received by the MBSA prior to the start of the show. Associate members whose dues or registration fees have not been paid will not be permitted to attend. |

Thursday, April 3rd, 6pm-11pm
The designated Vendor set up time for the 2008 Modular Housing Conference is from 6pm – 11pm on Thursday, April 3. All exhibit booths will be set up in the Cardinal Ballroom.The size of your exhibit space will be that of one standard table. You may choose to forego the table should you so choose, but your freestanding booth must fit in the allocated space
Exhibition materials that must be mailed or shipped, should be sent to:

Please note that each Associate member is responsible for any shipping or storage fees. Associate members with any questions regarding the shipping of materials, storage space or exhibition space should contact Ms. Stahl at (910) 235-8502. |

Show Table Teardown: |
|
Saturday, April 5th, 1pm-2pm
Teardown for the show tables will take place during “Free Time” on Saturday April 5, 2008 from 12:30pm until 5pm. Please have all your materials packed up and out of the Cardinal Ballroom as early as possible on Saturday afternoon so that you may attend the Cocktail hour, from 5pm to 6pm, in the South Room. The officially designated tear down time is from 1pm to 2pm. Members of the Pinehurst Resort cleaning staff will also be there preparing the room for our reception/dinner on Saturday evening.

All events (including most meals and all seminars) will be held in the Cardinal Ballroom to maximize visibility of Associate member ’s exhibits
Each attendee should make their own room reservations at Pinehurst by calling (800) ITS-GOLF (800-487-4653). Be sure to reference that you are attending the 2008 Modular Housing Conference to receive the discounted rate of $155.00 per night.
Please note that reservations made after February 29, 2008 will be billed at $185 per night. |
