Site Built Housing

Site built housing is housing that is constructed in a "traditional manner" and is often referred to by a variety of terms. Terms such as site built housing, stick built housing and on-site built housing all refer to this product. In short, this is housing that is built out of doors at the location it will be permanently sited. Depending on individual state and local laws and regulations, it is most likely, but not necessarily, built to a state or national model code.
