The Modular Home Builders Association’s March Modular Home of the Month Winner is a Classy Colonial

WESTON, MA – The Modular Home Builders Association’s (MHBA) March 2017 Modular Home of the Month is The Westowne, a classic colonial in Weston, Massachusetts.

Millbrook Modular Homes, Inc. worked with Apex Homes, Inc. to create this two-story custom colonial with 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms.

With more than 9,500 square feet of living space, this luxurious modular home has an open floor plan that allows for an easy flow from room-to-room. The first floor includes a grand foyer that leads into a spacious gourmet kitchen featuring a large granite island and custom cabinetry. The breakfast nook brings the family together for more casual eating while the formal dining room is saved for more elegant affairs. The formal living room features a fireplace that warms the cozy space in colder months. The first floor also features a mudroom with bathroom, media room, front and back staircases, library, game room, laundry room, and a screened porch that looks out over a lush green landscape.

This classy colonial’s second floor has five expansive bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and walk-in closets. The master suite includes a fireplace, sitting room, walk-in closet, an oversized master bath, that all opens onto a large deck that overlooks the backyard.

Throughout the home each room features Brazilian cherry floors, a central vacuum, a speaker system, and a linked security system.

The Modular Home of the Month showcase is an opportunity for MHBA member companies to display their projects to architects, engineers, contractors, developers, owners, students, and more. MHBA selects one home each month to be featured on social media and our website.
