Registration Confirmation & Cancellation
Once payment for your registration has been received by the Modular Home Builders Association (MHBA), a confirmation will be emailed to you. If you do not receive a confirmation within two weeks of registering, contact us immediately.
In the situation that this event cannot be held in person, a digital version may be offered.
Attendees: Full refunds for attendees (not exhibitors), less a US $50 processing fee per registrant, will be granted for requests made in writing to MHBA by September 3, 2020. No refunds will be given after this date. Registrants that fail to attend the meeting without notifying MHBA prior to September 3, 2020 will be responsible for the full registration fee. Substitutions are encouraged. Sharing of registrations is not permitted.
Exhibitors: Every attempt will be made to assign requested booths. If the requested space is already assigned, MHBA will assign space based on proximity to competitors, the number of booths purchased, and date of receipt of the registration form and payment. MHBA reserves the right to modify the exhibit floorplan.
MHBA must be notified in writing in the event of cancellation or space reduction. Fifty percent (50%) of the exhibit fee will be refunded for cancellations or reductions made by September 3, 2020. There are no refunds for cancellations or reductions made after September 3, 2020.
Communicable Disease Release & Hold Harmless Agreement
By registering and attending a Modular Home Builders Association (MHBA) event/meeting you acknowledge that there is an unknown risk of exposure to communicable disease through exposure to contaminated objects, as well as through personal contact. Such exposure carries with it a certain degree of risk that could result in illness, disability, or death. You agree to release and hold harmless MHBA, its employees, officers, and vendors from and against all claims of damage and liability resulting from such exposure. Registrants/Attendees also warrant they are abiding by their state/locality laws regarding communicable disease restrictions.
Participation and Behavior
The Modular Home Builders Association (MHBA), is committed to providing a safe, productive, and welcoming environment to all participants. Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally at all times of the meeting/event. Use of obscene language, abusive behavior, or threatening behavior directed to any other event participant or staff is not conducive to a learning environment and will not be tolerated. The MHBA staff has the right to remove any participant that is in violation of this policy and no refunds of registration will be granted.
Use of Personal & Registration Information
The Modular Home Builders Association (MHBA), is committed to data privacy and protecting your personal information. By registering for the meeting/event and submitting your contact information during the event registration process, you agree that MHBA may share your information with event participants (exhibitors, sponsors, and attendees) and that you may receive event related information from MHBA and its participants. Otherwise, MHBA does not sell, rent, or share contact information with third parties.
Photo & Video Disclaimer
The Modular Home Builders Association (MHBA), reserves the right to use any photograph/video/screen capture taken at any event produced or sponsored by MHBA, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video/screen capture. MHBA may use the photograph/video/screen capture in any media including but not limited to brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, etc. You agree to release, defend, hold harmless, and indemnify MHBA from any and all claims.
